More Surf Returns & Exchanges

At More Surf, we want you to feel comfortable, confident and stoked in your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? No worries.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unused, apart from trying it on for fit.
  • Clean, undamaged and in its original condition.
  • Returned with its original tags attached.

Please don’t surf, swim in or wash your item if you intend to return it.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn in the water or are soiled or damaged may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.


Exchanges

Need a different size? We understand it can be tricky picking the size. Get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Return postage for change-of-mind exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. For a limited time only, and if stock is available, we will pay FREE SHIPPING for the replacement size.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your change-of-mind return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.


Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at kate@moresurf.au with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

We’ll work with you to resolve it in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a remedy is required, we’ll cover reasonable return costs as required by law.

Your consumer rights

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may be entitled to under that law.
